Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was reportedly rushed out of federal prison after suffering a head injury.
Sources at FCI Fort Dix said the disgraced rapper was transported out of jail early Saturday morning to be treated for a medical emergency, according to TMZ.

The outlet reported that an ambulance left Fort Dix at approximately 1 a.m. Combs’ injuries do not seem to be life-threatening, according to sources cited by TMZ.

It’s unclear how Combs sustained the injury or what type of medical treatment was required.
The rapper is serving time after being convicted of two counts of transportation for prostitution.
His release date has been adjusted a number of times and is currently set for March 2028.
The Daily Caller reached out to Combs’ team for comment, but did not receive a response prior to publication.
