Lindsay Clancy wanted a fourth child despite being overwhelmed by her three kids and suffering from postpartum mental illnesses including severe postpartum anxiety, jurors learned Thursday.
“I really want a fourth child but I need a good therapist before then,” Clancy wrote in a lengthy journal-like entry on her phone’s Notes app on Nov. 3, 2022, two months before she strangled Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 8 months old.

“I don’t want Cal to be our last but I have a lot of figuring out to do,” the mother, who gave birth just six months earlier, wrote.
The revelation came as Timothy Chiappini, a state trooper, testified about analyzing her cellphone.
