She told People at The Young And The Restless 13,000th episode celebration in Los Angeles on Thursday: 'It is funny how many people still remember me from that.
'Or when they make the connection, they like me a lot more, you know what I mean? Yeah. It is funny.'
Susan went on to say that not only has the role helped her be recognized by fans but it has also helped her get work in the industry.
She continued: 'I've gotten it years after it had aired. The first time I got a pilot that wasn't even comedic because the director loved that episode so much, he's like, "Well, let's hire Mulva!"
'You know what, taking it back to The Young and the Restless and you're saying it's iconic. That was iconic.'
As she has also had a several years run on The Young And The Restless, she reflected on her successful career.
