Shock as Ru Paul’s Drag Race The Vivienne Dies Aged 32

Drag queen The Vivienne, real name James Lee Williams, died on Sunday, January 5, aged 32.

The death of the star of Ru Paul’s Drag Race and Dancing on Ice was confirmed by their publicist Simon Jones in a post on social media.

The star had appeared on British television over Christmas in a special Blankety Blank show hosted by drag queen Lily Savage.

James Lee Williams was born and grew up in North Wales and became part of the drag scene after moving to Liverpool aged 16. The Vivienne starred in musical theatre and TV productions and won Ru Paul’s Drag Race UK in 2019.

The star’s family shared the news in a social media post, saying they were, ‘heartbroken at the loss’ and ‘so proud of the things James achieved in their life and career’ and that ‘James was an incredibly loved, warm-hearted, and amazing person’.

In the post, the family said that they would not be releasing any further details about James’ death. They also asked for time and privacy to process and grieve for their loss.

In addition to their success in the drag scene, The Vivienne supported the charity work of Sahir House, which has been supporting LGBTQ+ communities and people living with HIV across the Liverpool City Region since 1985.

I had a streaming service that had Ru Paul's show. Is Ru Paul the guy (yes, woke world, it was a man) who died? The title is ridiculous as is the article.

Did the man who was pictured on the ad die?

Just trying to understand the article.

A young man of 32 trying to pass himself off as a woman, who had been on RuPaul’s show, has died. We don’t know of what. AIDS seems not unlikely.

The real murder here is of the language, with the misuse of pronouns making so much of what the woke Left puts out incomprehensible gobbletygook.
