Sir Elton John made a rare public appearance with his teenage sons at his AIDS Foundation Academy Awards viewing party on Sunday.
The 77-year-old music icon was seen beaming alongside sons Zachary, 13, and Elijah, 11, as they posed on the red carpet with husband David Furnish, 62.
The family attended the 33rd annual event at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood, California.
Earlier in the evening, John had attended the 96th Oscars ceremony at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.

The music legend was nominated for best original song alongside Brandi Carlile for Never Too Late from his documentary of the same name.
His AIDS Foundation viewing party remains one of the most sought-after tickets in Hollywood.
John is rarely pictured with his teenage children but he has previously spoken candidly about the realities of his age, health woes and anxieties about the time he has to spend with them.
Speaking in his documentary, he explained his children: "worry as they know how old I am. Not so much David but me. They love their daddy so they want me to be around forever."
"I want to see them have children, get married but I don't think I am going to be around for that," the 77-year-old admitted.

The Rocketman hitmaker explained those thoughts motivate him to make "the best" of his remaining time.
John has been battling serious health issues, including a severe eye infection last summer that left him with limited vision in one eye.
In September, he shared on social media: "I am healing, but it's an extremely slow process and it will take some time before sight returns to the impacted eye."
His vision problems meant he couldn't see the stage at the West End production of his musical "The Devil Wears Prada" last November.
In 2017, he was diagnosed with prostate cancer, opting for surgery rather than chemotherapy.
Following treatment, he developed an infection which he claimed left him "24 hours from death".

Among his other health woes, the music icon suffers from Type 2 diabetes first diagnosed in the early 2000s.
While appearing on The Graham Norton Show, John made an emotional revelation about confronting his mortality.
"Bernie Taupin gave me a lyric called, 'When This Whole World is Done With Me', and I'm writing the verse quite quickly," he recalled.
"And then I get to the chorus, and I find that it's about my death, my demise."
The father-of-two admitted he "lost it for 45 minutes" while recording the song.
"As a 76-year-old man, which I was at that time, and having children and having a husband, mortality – you think about, how long have I got?" Sir Elton said.
