As much as it pains me to say it, the NYT is correct... and that ‘highly skilled’ requirement is hardly a barrier: 20 years ago, my experience included reports from at-that-time co-workers that Indians were cheating on skill tests with perhaps 1 in 10 of them actually having the skills and then the other 9 would rely on that one guy to get the work done.

If I know that someone I am training is taking my job, the answer should be "nope". If I'm losing my job anyway, why would I train my replacement?
