Steven Tyler was spotted in a parking garage in Beverly Hills on Tuesday in his first public sighting since retiring from touring with his beloved band, Aerosmith, due to a vocal injury.

The 76-year-old legendary rocker showcased his eccentric style in a black blazer, grey Gucci scarf, furry brown boa, flared blue jeans, and colorful ombré sneakers.

Steven - who had his signature white flecked brunet mane - held what appeared to be an ice pack encased in a Ziploc bag to his chin and jaw.

Tyler (born Tallarico) is gearing up for his sixth annual Jam for Janie, which is a viewing party for the 67th Annual Grammy Awards, taking place February 2 at the Hollywood Palladium featuring host Tiffany Haddish.

Tickets and tables run $3K to $100K with all proceeds benefiting his nine-year-old charity Janie's Fund, which provides critical resources for young women in America who have experienced abuse and neglect.

But first, on January 30, Janie's Fund will hold Sounds of Laughter, the first-ever private comedic soirée at The Comedy Store 'that will rock your world with some of the planet's funniest humans.'

Steven Tyler was spotted in a parking garage in Beverly Hills on Tuesday in his first public sighting since retiring from touring with his beloved band, Aerosmith, due to a vocal injury

The Manhattan-born musician was 'heartbroken' when he 'sustained vocal cord damage that led to subsequent bleeding' during Aerosmith's final concert on September 9, 2023 at New York's UBS Arena.

Two months later, Steven shared an encouraging snap of him remixing the four-time Grammy-winning band's latest recordings in the studio while his 'throat was on the mend.'

But all hope was lost on August 2 when Aerosmith issued a statement announcing their retirement after Tyler 'spent months tirelessly working on getting' his four-octave tenor pipes to where they were before his injury.

'We've seen him struggling despite having the best medical team by his side,' the Boston band - featuring Joe Perry, Tom Hamilton, Joey Kramer, and Brad Whitford - wrote.

'Sadly, it is clear, that a full recovery from his vocal injury is not possible. We have made a heartbreaking and difficult, but necessary, decision - as a band of brothers - to retire from the touring stage.'

This, two years after Steven - who completed rehab stints in 1984, 1986, 1988, and 2010 - entered a treatment program after relapsing on pain pills following foot surgery.

Tyler will have much more quality time to spend with his four adult children and six grandchildren aged 2-19 during his retirement years.

The Daytime Emmy nominee fathered daughter Liv, 47; daughter Mia, 45; daughter Chelsea, 35; and son Taj, 33; during his relationships with Bebe Buell, ex-wife #1 Cyrinda Foxe, and ex-wife #2 Teresa Barrick.

Aerosmith - who've sold 150M records worldwide - were inducted into the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame in 2001 - the same year they headlined the Super Bowl Halftime Show alongside Britney Spears, NSYNC, and Nelly.

On Wednesday, the band proudly announced they still managed to amass 88M listeners and 805M streams on Spotify in 2024: 'Thank you for listening and keeping the Aerosmith legacy alive!'
