I feel if (and hopefully when) we win November’s election these cities will resume the rioting of 2020 (and other years) except in renewed ferocity.

The only phrase that comes to my mind when watching this is “powder keg”. A mass of dysfunctional, entitled, young, lawless people, mixed with a good smattering of BlmTifa just waiting for a spark.
