Donald Trump is reportedly becoming “fed up” with billionaire Elon Musk as UK politicians have urged the president-elect to ditch him.
Musk has spent the last week going on a social media rant against the UK Government, in which he attacked Sir Keir Starmer and Jess Phillips over the grooming gang scandal, prompting British MPs to intervene.
Musk and Trump have grown close over the past few months, as Musk helped Trump’s campaign for president and have been almost inseparable since.
The Tesla mogul has reportedly spent many a night at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home and even joined the president-elect on an important phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Haberman claimed on a podcast that “Trump does complain a bit to people about how Musk is around a lot. He really parked himself in Trump’s face.”
The journalist also says Trump dislikes how Musk views himself, leaning heavily into his role as the incoming president’s best friend.
Democrats have labelled him “President Musk,” which reportedly bothers Trump.
Meanwhile, Musk has also been attempting to influence foreign policy, as seen through his social media tirade against the Labour Government this past week.

One post saw Musk ask his 210 million X followers whether or not "America should liberate Britain from their tyrannical government".
According to Bloomberg, senior officials from each of Britain’s main political parties have privately messaged the Trump team to ask them to consider dropping Musk.
Conservative and Labour are said to be worried that the billionaire’s comments are too radical for someone so close to the future US president.
They fear that a close ally should not speak about another close ally in the way Musk has done.
