Donald Trump is giving Russia a stern but strange message as a 30-day ceasefire deal with Ukraine is being worked out.

And Trump's top diplomat Marco Rubio stated plainly that the 'ball is in Russia's court' when it comes to solidifying a peace deal with Ukraine this week.
'We hope to get Russia,' Trump told reporters after news broke on the deal. '
'You know, I've been saying Russia is easier to deal with than Ukraine, which is not supposed to be the way it is but it is.'
Trump will meet with the Taoiseach of Ireland at the White House on Wednesday before he heads to the Capitol to participate in the annual Friends of Ireland lunch.

The Department of Education temporarily closed all its offices in the Washington, D.C., area for 'security' reasons amid reports it is slashing half its workforce in cuts driven by Elon Musk's DOGE.
Offices closed at 6PM on Tuesday, according to a notice to employees sent by James Hairfield, from the office of security, facilities and logistics at the department.
The email notified all workers to bring their work laptops from the office and work from home starting Wednesday, March 12.
