Umamusume fans can now get their hands on a fan-favorite horse girl puppet, as one of the franchise’s most recognizable accessories is being turned into a real-life collectible.

Cygame’s popular horse girl game is no stranger to releasing viral merch. This year alone, we’ve had everything from gigantic plushies, Umamusume-themed racing cars, and even alcoholic horse girl beverages (yes, that is real).

While these are all eye-catching in their own right, none of them tick the wholesome vibe box quite like the IRL version of Marche Lorraine’s iconic pink-haired puppet, Maru-chan.

For those who don’t know, Marche is extremely shy and often struggles to communicate her feelings to those around her. To help counter this, the introverted horse girl speaks through her puppet Maru-chan, a cheerful horse girl puppet that will happily talk your ear off.

According to the press release, Maru-chan measures approximately 35cm tall and 22cm wide and will set fans back ¥6,600 (around $40 USD). Just like her appearance in the game, Maru-chan comes kitted out with her signature pink hair, red cap, and red and white outfit.

The puppet really stands out too, and you’ll certainly turn heads if you rock up to work or a social gathering with Maru on your hands. Of course, if you’re not looking to cosplay as Marche or wish to avoid getting funny looks in public, then you can always put the puppet on display.

Well, that’s if you have enough room next to your gigantic Agnes Tachyon plush, or maybe they can sit next to that pile of $1,000+ human-sized horse girl figures that take up the living room? (It’s not a problem, I swear!).

Pre-orders open in Japan on June 20 and will remain available until July 19, with shipping currently scheduled for October 23, 2026.
