A mother accused of plying her teenage son's underage friend with shots of alcohol before sexually assaulting him was arrested in Las Vegas after nearly a year on the run.
Christina Cobb, 42, was discovered by police on November 28 after using a California ID and social security number for an individual named Olga.
She had four outstanding warrants for her arrest in connection with two separate cases after she didn't show up for her court appearance in January.
Cobb now faces an additional charge for obtaining or using personal identification of another person to avoid or delay being prosecuted for an unlawful act.
She was accused of providing alcohol and marijuana to her son and his friends at a birthday party at her house in May 2022.
A month later, she was charged with two counts of statutory sexual seduction and one count of lewdness with a child under the age of 16.
The alleged victim said that he had been provided alcohol and was 'allowed' to 'sleep in her bed,' according to Las Vegas Police, as reported by 8 News Now.
The teen told police he suspected he had eight shots and 'felt drunk' before Cobb sexually assaulted him. The age of consent in Nevada is 16 years old.
It's alleged that Cobb told the teen victim to leave her bed before her husband came home, according to police reports.
'She's considered a danger to the community based on the charges - the inappropriate relations, sexual relations, with a child,' said Supervisory Deputy US Marshal Ray Venegas.
