Well funded?

These dudes rented their vehicles on a cheap rental app... Fireworks and gasoline? It isn’t like they trained at a flight school, spent weekends in Vegas and generally partied it up like the 9/11 terrorist... The 9/11 crew was well funded... These two losers were on suicide missions that anybody with a pre-paid credit card could’ve carried out.
