The Dodgers were aiming to become the first three-peat champion since the Yankees won the Fall Classic in 1998, 1999 and 2000. Meanwhile, the Brewers are looking to win their first-ever MLB title. They last made it to the World Series in 1982, falling to the Cardinals in seven games. However, that was so long ago that Milwaukee was an American League team. The Brew Crew will enter this year's championship series as the favorites and will have home-field advantage. It beat both Tampa Bay and Cleveland 2-1 in their regular-season series.
