Aaron Rodgers Says Emmy-Winning Ex-Fiancée Asked If She Could Have Sex With Another Man Before Getting Married

Aaron Rodgers said his former fiancée, actress Shailene Woodley asked to have sex with another man before they got married.

During a Sept. 10 interview on teammate Cam Heyward’s podcast, “Not Just Football,” the Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback said Woodley confronted him with the request after he had proposed to her.

“I date Shailene, I propose and she says yes,” Rodgers said. “She maybe felt like she was forced to make a decision, she could have said no. But not a couple of days after that, she tells me before we get married like, ‘I gotta go fuck this guy.’”

Rodgers slammed Woodley’s narrative about their relationship by recalling his version of events.

“Because her story is that I ruined her life and gave her crazy depression because I left her. But [in] actuality, she told me that, then she took off the ring by March,” the athlete said.

Rodgers and Woodley began dating in July 2020 and were engaged in December. In February 2021, they went public about their engagement, but by February 2022 they confirmed that they had called everything off.

She went on to say, “I haven’t shared much about my relationship with Aaron because it always makes me cry. It was not right. But it was beautiful.”

Rodgers said on the podcast that the couple tried “a couple of times’ to reunite, but that “nothing ever happened.”

Seemingly disputing Woodley’s previous statements about their relationship, he said, “And there wasn’t even a relationship in 2022 to break off.”

“She literally told me, ‘I don’t want to be with you’ after we tried some sort of reconciliation in 2021,” he continued. “There’s just a lot of narratives out there that are just not true and they portray things a certain way because they can get away with it.”
