Musician Billy Joel has sparked concern after cancelling a series of concerts due to a "medical condition".
Piano Man hitmaker Joel, 75, admitted he "regrets" the situation but emphasised his health must come first as his team shared the announcement on social media.
Taking to Instagram, the singer shared a list of rescheduled dates, with the caption reading: "Billy Joel's upcoming concert dates will be rescheduled due to a medical condition.
"The current tour will be postponed for four months to allow him to recover from recent surgery and to undergo physical therapy under the supervision of his doctors.

Joel suffered a dramatic fall during a concert at the Mohegan Sun resort in Connecticut.
The incident occurred as he sang his hit It's Still Rock and Roll to Me, with footage showing Joel twirling a microphone stand before throwing it and suddenly losing his balance.
The dates have been pushed back a year, with the earliest postponed concerts now set to take place in March 2026.
Despite the concerns, fans in the comments of Joel's announcement post were mixed, with some infuriated by the last-minute change.
There also seemed to be some confusion surrounding other concerts.
One penned: "I just don’t understand. Why not delay it after the Toronto show that is in 4 days. Instead you delay the show a year."
"Because he’s having surgery??? you can’t just delay a medical condition," someone else responding, jumping to Joel's defence.
Another noted: "He already had surgery. He did 2 shows post surgery. It’s just s****y to wait just before the show to announce this when he did a show late February."
"Maybe he went on with the tour after the surgery thinking he’d be able to move forward as planned, but then realised he needed more time to rest," another pointed out.
Others were quick to wish the singer well, with one adding: "Feel better king."
However, others had questions surrounding their own tickets, with another asking: "So the New York shows are still happening on their dates since they're summer concerts???" (sic)
