Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes, who was sentenced to more than 11 years in federal prison for defrauding investors, will be moved to a halfway house in 2027.
News of Holmes’ transfer came Wednesday, just as A24 released the first full trailer for “You Can See Everything,” a documentary centered around her rise and fall.
Holmes duped investors with claims that her medical device company, Theranos, had revolutionized blood testing. She will be moved from Federal Prison Camp Bryan in Texas to the Austin Transitional Center in Del Valle, Texas, on Aug. 23, 2027. “You Can See Everything” premiered during a secret screening at the Telluride Film Festival and follows producer Nathan Fielder as he moves in with Holmes and her partner, Billy Evans, just 34 days before she reported to federal prison.
The trailer opens with a candid conversation between them.
“You really feel you did nothing wrong?” Fielder asked.
Holmes quickly responded, “I did not.”

Fielder pressed her further.
“So, where did things get lost? Like, how are you where you are right now?” to which she replied, “I wish I knew, you know? I don’t know. I don’t, I don’t feel like I understand that.”
“You Can See Everything” is slated for release Oct. 16.
