Gypsy Rose Blanchard’s late partner Ken Urker had a heartbreaking conversation with his sister, Autumn, ahead of his death Thursday.
His sibling revealed in a tearful TikTok Live, per Us Weekly, that Urker’s final words to her were, “I love you.”
She elaborated on their final chat, saying, “When I talked to him last night, he said he was going home to go to sleep and then he had work in the morning.”
Autumn, who was visibly emotional in the footage, confirmed her brother died on what would have been his 34th birthday.
“Gypsy’s brother Dylan [Blanchard], his wife and another woman, who does not want me to say her name, found Ken,” Autumn alleged. “They were all at church last night, and Ken was emotional, and they had dinner or something planned today, and they went over there and found him.”
She told her followers he did not die “of natural causes” — but did not elaborate and stressed that law enforcement doesn’t suspect foul play, according to OK!.
Parade, additionally, claimed Autumn alleged Gypsy Rose and Urker were “split up” at the time of his death.
Gypsy Rose spoke out about the tragedy on Thursday, claiming her on-again, off-again fiancé appeared to have suffered an overdose, which she said may or may not have been “intentional” after “relentless cyberbullying.”
She said that Urker “was not in a good state of mind lately.”
Urker’s official cause of death, notably, is not yet known.
Urker’s love story with Gypsy Rose began in 2017 when he watched “Mommy Dead and Dearest,” which documented the abuse the reality star suffered at the hands of mom Clauddine “Dee Dee” Blanchard — and the role she ultimately played in the 48-year-old’s 2015 murder.
Gypsy Rose served seven years in prison after being convicted of second-degree murder and accepted a proposal from Urker during her time behind bars.
They were broken up — and Gypsy Rose had married Ryan Scott Anderson — by the time she was released in December 2023, but the former couple reconnected after her 2024 divorce.
Later that year, the pair welcomed daughter Aurora.
While Gypsy Rose has largely stayed off social media in recent years, she did gush to People in March 2025 about her “forever” love with Urker and the couples therapy they were doing to “improve” their romance.
At the time, she said she “absolutely” saw their relationship lasting.
