Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo are reportedly selling their Tennessee marital home months after finalizing their divorce.
The exes listed their custom-built Franklin home for under $7 million on Wednesday, real estate sources told TMZ.
According to the outlet, the sprawling property sits on 10 acres and overlooks the countryside.
The home features five bedrooms and seven baths, with an automotive showroom and a chef’s kitchen.
Outside amenities include a separate kitchen, dining area and resort-style pool.
Jelly Roll (real name: Jason Bradley DeFord) and Bunnie Xo (real name: Alisa Andrea DeFord) put their house on the market after finalizing their divorce in July.
The former couple came to a confidential agreement to divide their assets, such as their homes, properties, furniture, aircraft, vehicles and debt, per court documents.
They also revoked “prior permissions” given to their separate teams to access each other’s personal accounts.
Additionally, Bunnie received a one-time payment from the country singer
According to the court documents, the exes plan to still have kids together through IVF.
As Page Six previously reported, Jelly Roll quietly pulled the plug on their marriage in May, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split.
However, the duo managed to keep their separation under wraps for more than a month until June 15, when moving trucks were spotted at their Franklin home.
Despite splitting, Jelly Roll and Bunnie remain on amicable terms.
The “Dumb Blonde Podcast” host told listeners in July that their marriage was ending “on the best possible terms that you could ever have a divorce.”
Bunnie has since moved on with “Calabasas Confidential” star Dylan Wolf, 26, who is 22 years her junior.
