Four illegal aliens were among the 11 men arrested in an Indiana sting targeting suspects accused of arranging sex with children, according to the Department of Homeland Security. ICE has placed detainer requests on the four men following their arrests. Police say the suspects traveled to Westfield after communicating online with people they believed were young girls. Undercover officers were waiting when they arrived.
The Hamilton County Internet Crimes Against Children Metro Task Force conducted the operation from September 22nd through September 24th, 2026, with assistance from police in Greenwood, Westfield and Lebanon. Authorities announced the arrests on September 29th. The suspects ranged in age from 21 to 49, with addresses across central Indiana and one in Texas.
Investigators said the case included digital evidence and statements made by the suspects. The task force said “it was unmistakable that these men were at the location with the intent to sexually abuse children.” The announcement identified each suspect and listed the preliminary charges that came as a result of the operation.
DHS identified the four illegal immigrants as El Hadji Babacar Ndiaye of Senegal, Lucky Philip Udoudo of Nigeria, Filomeno Ricardo Flores Marin of Mexico and David Josue Gomez-Posada of El Salvador. “We are calling on Indiana to honor our detainers,” a DHS spokesperson told Fox News. The spokesperson also said immigration judges would hear the men’s claims.
Fox correspondent Bill Melugin reported the immigration histories DHS provided for the four suspects. Ndiaye was apprehended at the southern border in Lukeville, Arizona, in September 2023 and released under the Biden administration, according to the department. DHS described Udoudo as a “gotaway” who entered the country at an unknown time and location. Flores Marin first entered the United States illegally through Arizona in 2002, DHS said. Gomez-Posada crossed into the country illegally in 2017 while he was a juvenile, according to the department. Melugin’s report said ICE had placed its requests with local law enforcement following the arrests.
