Kendra Wilkinson went off on body-shaming haters over the weekend.
The former reality star posted a mirror selfie via Instagram on Sunday, acknowledging, “Yes, I’ve gained weight. Yes, im aging. Yes, I’m not that girl i was before (playboy girl) 🤣.”
However, she clarified, “For once in a long time I feel good and mentally healthy. Kids are my everything. Feeling pretty balanced. Working out and cooking a lot more. Golf, work. No housekeeper or nanny.”
The “Girls Next Door” alum, 39, went on to address “those of you hating on [her] new weight [and] 40 yr old face.”
She wrote, “Please know that I’m happy, healthy and at peace in life finally. Leave me alone and respect that I’m where I actually want to be finally all together. Almost 40 is feeling amazing.
“And yes to the people criticizing my alcohol intake … I hear you and that will be monitored better,” Wilkinson continued. “Drinking too much is definitely drinking too much but you know what’s coming up in JUNE…. Shots. 😂. Love ya.”
The real estate agent paired a white tank top with black leggings in the upload, completing her look with white sneakers.
Her social media followers shared their support in the comments section.
“Love you friend!” Bravo’s Gretchen Rossi gushed. “You look amazing and like you said, as long as you are happy then screw the haters!”
Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi added, “Girl do you.”
Wilkinson is a two-time mom, sharing son Hank Jr., 15, and daughter Alijah, 10, with her ex-husband, Hank Baskett.
The former couple were married from 2009 to 2018.
Last year, Wilkinson revealed that she has been celibate since splitting from the former NFL player.
“It’s been so long since I’ve had sex. … Everyone sees me as a sex icon, so I shamed myself,” she told People in January 2024, noting that she was ready to have “fun.”
At the time, the “Kendra on Top” alum also gushed about Baskett as an “amazing co-parent.”
