Lee's moves to defang DMZ leave Seoul with fewer options after bloody North Korean landmine incident

Seoul has fewer options for responding to North Korea's involvement in a DMZ explosion that injured three South Korean soldiers after the Lee administration over the last year mothballed some of the tools used by previous administrations -- including covert drone flights and the blaring loudspeakers that were aimed at the North for years.
