Lindsay Clancy’s lawyer, Kevin Reddington, has called for one juror to be removed after it was revealed they allegedly “refused” to listen to the law on reasonable doubt.

Judge William Sullivan denied Lindsay Clancy’s lawyer’s bid to have a juror removed who allegedly “refused” to follow the law on reasonable doubt.

The judge sent the jurors back to the jury room to continue deliberation. They’ve so far been deliberating for more than 35 hours.
