Mariah Carey is marking the 25th anniversary of her “Glitter” soundtrack with new merch — and some major jewels.
The Grammy winner shared the fresh styles on Instagram Wednesday, striking a pose in the “Loverboy” tank top layered beneath a leather jacket.
But it was Carey’s massive diamond necklace that stole the show. Designed by Leviev, it boasts 44.71 carats of pear-shaped natural diamonds set in 18-karat white gold; the center pendant alone clocks in at a staggering 14 carats.
The price for such a spectacular piece? A cool $1,550,000, as the jeweler shared exclusively with Page Six Style.
It’s been a big week for Leviev; at Sunday’s MTV VMAs, Madonna accepted her Artist of the Year award decked out in a $2.8 million necklace from the brand set with more than 115 carats of diamonds, while Taylor Swift received the first-ever Artist Director Honors wearing The Royale, a “one-of-a-kind” Leviev ring totaling over 10 carats.
“The Royale is a bespoke, one-of-a-kind ring featuring six center stones: pear, heart, lozenge, Ashoka, marquise and oval,” brand manager Yakov Mazler told Page Six Style exclusively of Swift’s custom piece.
Carey, for her part, paired her dazzling necklace with her beloved Van Cleef & Arpels butterfly ring — which she rarely removes, even while cooking — along with a set of gigantic diamond drop earrings and a glossy, bubblegum pink lip.
“I never take it off,” the “We Belong Together” singer told Naomi Campbell on her “No Filter With Naomi” podcast in 2020.
“[Van Cleef & Arpels] gave to me years ago … I wore it through my pregnancy, and I wore it when my hands swelled up.”
You can take the girl out of “Glitter,” but you can’t take the glitter out of the girl, we guess.
