A murderer sentenced to 15 years in prison is on the run as police issue an urgent appeal.
Convicted killer Gary Anderson has remained at large despite official pleas for the criminal to return to prison earlier this week.
Anderson, 29, was jailed for life after he and his brother murdered Karol Kelly in Londonderry back in 2018.
The killer, who was granted ompassionate temporary release (CTR) to attend his father's funeral, failed to return on Monday.
Prison officials raised concerns over granting the release ahead of freeing the prisoner.
Five days on from the original plea, the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) said Anderson was last seen on Monday morning in the Eastway area of Creggan in Derry around 11am.
The convicted killer remains at large
