Reform UK has received a £75,000 contribution from Eldridge Capital Management Services (UK), a firm with direct ties to Chelsea chairman Todd Boehly, according to newly published Electoral Commission data.
Boehly, 52, spearheaded the consortium that acquired Chelsea in 2022 and remains closely involved in the club's operations at Stamford Bridge.
The businessman's wider commercial interests include Eldridge Industries, a Miami-based holding company where he serves as CEO, co-founder, chairman and controlling member.
Eldridge Capital Management operates as the principal division of Eldridge, an asset management and insurance firm under the Eldridge Industries umbrella.
According to the Financial Times, Boehly is the main owner of Eldridge Capital Management Services.
Boehly's estimated net wealth stands at approximately $9.3bn (£6.9bn).
The Chelsea co-owner has a track record of making political donations, with his contributions typically directed towards right-wing causes and candidates.
In the United States, his financial backing has extended to Donald Trump as well as Republican candidates aligned with the US President.

At the Club World Cup final in 2025, Boehly was seen in conversation with Trump as the pair made their way out for the trophy presentation.
They stood side by side as the US President handed out medals to Chelsea and PSG players.
The donation to Reform UK fits within this broader pattern of supporting parties and politicians on the political right.
Boehly is also listed as a former director of Eldridge Capital Management Services, though he no longer holds that position.

The Electoral Commission, which functions as the independent regulator of political finance and elections in the UK, disclosed the donation in its latest published data.
Fresh Electoral Commission figures also reveal that Reform UK topped all parties for political donations during the three-month period ending in June, accumulating £5.3m from supporters.
Labour came in second with £3.6m in donations over the same quarter.

The Conservatives brought in £2.8m, less than half of Reform UK's haul, while the Liberal Democrats received £1.4m.
The figures underscore Reform UK's growing financial clout at a time when the party continues to expand its presence in British politics.
Reform UK are hosting their party conference in Birmingham, set to get underway on September 3.
