Rockets’ Steven Adams Makes Prediction That Athletes’ Performances Will Take Hit When Grand Theft Auto VI Comes Out

And the crazy thing is: he’s probably not wrong.

Houston Rockets center Steven Adams has issued a warning to sports fans that there will be a dip in athletes’ performances across all major professional sports leagues in November. And why?

“Look at the NFL, look at all the leagues, and watch them plummet. Just for the month of November, performance is gonna go down,” said Adams while recently speaking with reporters.

Adams made the prediction, however, that things won’t last long because of the athletes’ top-tier dedication to completing GTA VI’s story mode.

“It should come back up, though. Most of the boys will get it done. Hopefully they finish the game [in a month],” said Adams.
