Prosperity! This is what America is all about!

A sports dad has caused quite the whirlwind after he put his small child’s Victor Wembanyama game-worn jersey up for auction, and the timing came only days after his son got it from the San Antonio Spurs superstar himself.

The father, who is currently unidentified, took his small son to a Spurs game recently where the boy was holding a sign that read “Hey Victor Wembanyama — can you do a jersey swap with me?” (RELATED: Penguins Fan Experiences True Day Of Hell After Stealing Puck From Kid, Nearly Knocked Out By His Mother)

Following the game, Wembanyama went over to the kid and had a special moment with him, even giving him his jersey that he wore in the contest as I just mentioned. It was a beautiful moment that every family-loving American enjoyed.

Then, dad got involved.

Yes, you read that correctly. Not long after his kid landing Wemby’s jersey, he put it up for sale through Goldin Auctions. The bidding starts at $10,000.

And sports fans, as well as memorabilia collectors, are absolutely flippin’ their lids about it.

We have some DRAMA over what this sports dad did.

If I took my daughters to an NBA game and they landed a game-worn jersey, you’re damn right I’m putting it up for sale. Plus, I’m lucky. I’ve got girls and not a single one of them gives a single flip about sports. But even if I had a son, I’d be thinking about the profit, baby!

I’m all for what papa bear did! Strike while the iron is hot!
