Police bodycam footage shows the moment double murderer and serial sex offender Simon Levy was arrested.
The 40-year-old was today found guilty of murdering two people and raping another woman in London as part of a spree of attacks after authorities failed to stop him.
The Metropolitan Police, British Transport Police and Crown Prosecution Service have admitted to a litany of errors in dealing with Levy, who was on bail as his spree of attacks on women escalated to double murder.
Levy was convicted of murdering Carmenza Valencia-Trujillo, 53, and Sheryl Wilkins, 39, five months apart last year.
