It’s official: Bo Nix should be on your radar.

Bo Nix, the rookie quarterback for the Denver Broncos who has placed himself on rising star status, was an absolute gem in Sunday’s game taking on the Atlanta Falcons. On the stat sheet, Nix’s numbers were mesmerizing, throwing for 307 yards and four touchdowns off 28-0f-33 passing — that’s a remarkable 84.8% completion rate! But Nix didn’t just have a day, it also led him to make some history. With the performance, Nix is only the second rookie quarterback ever in the history of the National Football League to have four consecutive home contests with at least 200 passing yards and more than one touchdown. The only other rookie quarterback to accomplish that feat?

The legendary Peyton Manning, who pulled off that stretch in 1998.

I can’t even lie, I’ve been ignoring Bo Nix and his flashes of greatness, but I just can’t anymore. In my defense though, he was pretty bad to start the season off, but I admit, he’s been playing some grade-A football as of late.

And I’m not the only one to admit wrongdoing here, hell, it’s even worse for this guy:

#Broncos QB Bo Nix since this tweet:

• 97/133 (73%)
• 1,029 passing yards
• 9 passing touchdowns
• 1 interception
• 112.5 passer rating

Bo Nix, you now have my respect. Please accept my apologies for denying your greatness.
