A Mexico-based news reporter and her cameraman were filming a segment on the side of a busy road when an SUV slammed into them, terrifying video shows.

Journalist Alma de la Rosa was reporting from the scene of a motorcycle accident due to a landslide that spilled debris onto a road in Monterrey, Nuevo León on Friday, according to Gamavisión Noticias TV.

In the video, De la Rosa can be seen standing off to the side of the right lane of the roadway where heavy rain had toppled a tree.

The veteran reporter was just 33 seconds into her segment when the driver of the SUV appeared to lose control and slid sideways on the middle lane.

The horrifying footage showed the vehicle plow into the veteran reporter, who screamed upon impact before her cameraman, Cristo Martínez, was knocked to the pavement — as De la Rosa goes flying out of the camera shot.

Both were rushed to an area hospital and were listed in stable condition as of Saturday, the television station said.

De la Rosa revealed in a Facebook post that she didn’t suffer any fractures while Martínez did.

“My cameraman and I are alive by a miracle. … Thank God,” she wrote.

In a video recorded from her hospital, De la Rosa explained that she had never been involved in a on-air accident in her 35 years as a journalist.

“I hadn’t seen the footage, but I could picture it,” she said.

“I am grateful to God, to life, and to everyone who was concerned about us. I want to thank you all. We’re doing better now.”

The disastrous segment had included the journalist’s plans to connect with the audience and advise motorists to be cautious.

“I was actually warning them to slow down a bit — we were in a spot where we had already identified that speed needed to be reduced,” she said

“Unfortunately, this happened, but well, it’s just part of the job.”
