Taylor Swift was in the same area as boyfriend Travis Kelce, but decided against attending his game.
Swift was in Toronto, Canada as part of her Eras Tour stop when Kelce played in the Kansas City Chiefs game Sunday against the Buffalo Bills. That puts her at roughly a short flight away or, at worst, a drive of a little over two hours from her boyfriend. Swift has gone out of her way to attend her boyfriend’s games in the past, but she seems to have chosen to sit this one out.

Swift has become a real fixture at Kansas City Chiefs games, so her absence from this particular match-up seemed odd, especially considering her close proximity. It’s unclear if we’re getting a whiff of trouble in paradise, or if they just had different plans.
It’s unclear whey she didn’t attend the football game, given that the 34-year-old star performed shows from Thursday through Saturday, and had Sunday off. Swift was not performing on the day of the game, and — adding more mystery to her unexpected absence from his game — she had several additional days off from her tour. Swift could have easily seen Kelce without having to rush back to her scheduled performances.

Swift’s next concert date as part of the Toronto leg of her tour is not until Nov. 21.
The Grammy-award winner is due to thrill the sold-out Rogers Center crowd for three straight days, wrapping her tour in the region with a sold-out Nov. 23 concert.

Swift and Kelce have been heating up the celebrity dating scene with each public appearance, and both parties have routinely shown up to support one another’s careers. All eyes are on the famous singer to see if Kelce happens to pop up at one of her upcoming shows.
