President Trump’s “border czar” Tom Homan plans to blast Albany Democrats in the state capitol over their pro-illegal immigration policies Wednesday, The Post has learned.

Homan, a native of New York’s North Country, plans to stand with Republican legislators fighting to repeal the state’s Green Light law, which is the target of a court challenge by the Trump administration.

He also plans to rally behind Senate and Assembly Republicans’ efforts to push back on New York’s sanctuary city policies, such as New York’s Laken Riley Act, which would require law enforcement to notify ICE upon arresting a non-citizen.

Gov. Kathy Hochul is not expected to meet with Homan during the Albany visit, sources said.

She is slated to be in New York City Wednesday morning, per her public schedule.

Republicans have welcomed the Trump administration’s lawsuit trying to unravel the Green Light Law, which allows undocumented migrants to get a driver’s license and restricts the DMV from sharing that data with ICE.

Last month, Attorney General Pam Bondi sued Hochul and the state arguing the constitution requires New York to fork over its data.

Bondi’s announcement of the lawsuit later prompted Hochul to cancel a lunch meeting with Trump.

In 2017, then-Gov. Andrew Cuomo issued the executive order that prohibits state authorities from cooperating with ICE.

Homan grew up in Jefferson County, which is along the Canadian border near Lake Ontario.
